Meditation practice helps us accept who we are without judgment and along with yoga, it is one of the best things we can do for our self-care.

Meditation doesn’t have to be deep, complicated or mysterious.  At its core it is the practice of making time and space for reflection, contemplation and observation. It is a place where we learn to connect with ourself and help move into a state of calm. We begin to let go of our worries of the past and future that keep us feeling anxious or stressed. And when we move into our life we find we are less reactive and more responsive to those around us.

I share my love of meditation to help individuals establish a personal practice. Meditation is something we need to alone but in community we can learn and  grow together. Please contact me at p.earl@shaw.ca for current program information. Private sessions available.
