Yoga gives us tools to find connection and deepen our relationship with ourself and the world around us
I am Perri Noble and yoga helped me find my way back to myself.
After years of lingering physical pains from past injuries, and those brought on from day to day over-doing and overwork there were times when I felt over-tired and disconnected from my body. And even though my life was happily filled with work, children, a husband, a close knit loving family and a full life, I felt that deep down something was missing in my life.
My yoga journey began with a fitness-style class at the gym, and after a time, a friend suggested joining her at Bikram Hot Yoga. I practiced for year or two, but those physical injuries started popping up once again from pushing myself at times a little too hard.
When I opened my heart became dedicated to the practice of Hatha Yoga, I felt like I had found that missing piece of myself, and I started to feel connected and whole. I could move with ease, breathe and not judge myself for not having a certain body type, or for not doing or being enough. This yoga was more than just a physical workout because it led me backs to myself where I found strength on my inside and a connection where I could nurture a more loving relationship with myself and in the world around me.

In 2014 I wanted to discover more about Yoga and deepen my practice, so with trepidation I completed my first 200hr RYT certification. I had no intention to teach but with the encouragement and support of my friends and family, I found my voice and began sharing the many benefits of yoga through Asana classes. Soon after, I followed up my first 200 hrs. with further studies and became certified to teach Meditation, Yin Yoga and Chair Yoga modalities, Restorative Yoga and SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga. I attended and study online a variety of workshops and trainings such as Ayurveda for Yoga Teachers, Silent Meditation Retreat, Class Sequencing, Asana Labs - all to help me keep learning and refine my teaching skills. And sometimes I will pop into a yoga class or two during my worldly travels.
And this yoga is now part of my life. My daily practice continues to evolve and change as I do, and it still continues to provide me space to breathe, freedom to move where I find stillness and comfort in all that I am.
I openly share the teachings of yoga and meditation through intimate classes in an open, friendly and caring space. I want to help guide others back to themselves, so they may feel at home in their bodies, encourage connection and their own unique meaning of yoga.
I am grateful to all of my many teachers and students past and present who keep me curious and inspire me to keep me growing and moving forward on this path.
